Situado en la segunda planta de un pequeño edificio de 3 viviendas. No hay ascensor.
La cocina está totalmente equipada: vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, lavadora, hervidor de agua. El apartamento tiene Wifi y canales internacionales.
Además tiene una pequeña terraza privada en la planta superior con hamacas para tomar el sol y una mesita por si os apetece desayunar al aire libre, o tomar una copa de vino al anochecer.

Nerja es una localidad situada al Sur de España, concretamente situada en La Costa del Sol.
Las horas de Sol que disfrutan los habitantes de Nerja son envidiables en el resto de Europa. En Nerja es posible disfrutar de una paella al aire libre con vistas al mar prácticamente todos los días del año, gracias a su clima tan agradable como estable.
Las calas, playas y acantilados que conforman su costa son bañadas por el Mar Mediterráneo. Una de sus playas emblemáticas recibe el nombre de Burriana. Las calas de Calahonda y La Caletilla rodean unos de los atractivos turísticos de Nerja, el Balcón de Europa (símbolo popular de Nerja).
En Maro (pedanía de Nerja) también encontramos diversos atractivos turísticos como son Las Cuevas de Nerja y sus emblemáticos acantilados. Disfrutar de la Sierra de Almijara mientras contemplas las aguas del Mediterráneo se convierte en un plan inmejorable para muchos de los turistas y residentes que concluyen las rutas de senderismo propias de los alrededores de Nerja.

Lovely Apartment, entrance very clean and apartment clean too. Roof Terrace is great, sunny all day and very private. 5 minute walk to beach and lovely restaurants.

Das Appartment ist gut gelegen: noch zentral und doch relativ ruhig. Zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Zentrum mit all den Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist ebenfalls nur um die Ecke. Das Appartment selbst ist super sauber und hat alles, was man braucht, um Zeit in Nerja zu verbringen. Hinzu kommt eine schöne Dachterasse, die ausschließlich zu der Wohnung gehört. Von dort aus hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die Stadt. Die Kommunikation mit Natalia war gut. Ich habe alle erforderlichen Angaben schnell erhalten und als ich ein Problem mit einem tropfenden Wasserhahn hatte, hat sie schnell reagiert. Auch der Check-in verlief problemlos und unkompliziert über ein Schließfach. Ich kann das Appartment sehr empfehlen! Ich hatte dort eine wunderbare Zeit!

The newly refurbished apartment was very clean, very well equipped and there was a generous welcome pack upon our arrival. Lovely comfortable kingsize bed, hairdryer and the roof terrace was again well furnished and very sunny. The apartment is in the best location in Nerja for the beach and town and backstreet tapas bars. Natalia responded immediately to all my queries. Thoroughly recommend

Our stay at Natalia’s was perfect. We ran into a delay and arrived very late, but the older man who met us to give us the keys, Alejandro, was so kind and welcoming even though it was late. The location was perfect and the fact that the flat uses solar heating for the water is great too! Eco friendly and very hot. Thanks Natalia!

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotografías. Muy bien situado, a 5 minutos del centro y la playa muy cerca al final de la calle. La casa está totalmente equipada, con todo lo necesario para poder pasar unos días estupendos. La cocina dispone de todos los utensilios posibles. En cuanto a la limpieza, yo soy muy escrupulosa y he de decir, que estaba realmente limpio. La comunicación con Natalia muy buena, si es verdad que no la hemos visto, pero nos ha contestado con rapidez ante cualquier duda.

Mein Mann und ich haben eine Woche in dem Apartment verbracht und waren völlig begeistert. Die Wohnung ist äußerst funktional und dennoch mit vielen netten Details eingerichtet. Es war picobello sauber (ich bin sehr pingelig und mein Mann ist Allergiker), das Bett war bequem, die Küche super ausgestattet... Die Lage ist optimal für Nerja, man ist mittendrin und trotzdem laufen einem nicht dauernd Touristen vor der Türe her. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt im die Ecke, eine Bar direkt vor der Tür und einer der schönsten Strände nur 100 m entfernt. Der Gastgeber war unheimlich nett und wir konnten sogar um 03:00 Uhr nachts einchecken. Besonders praktisch war die private Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Amazing apartment. Perfect location between Burianna beach and the balcon - 5 minute walk to each. Surrounded by lots of lovely local restaurants and tapas bars, which brings a great buzz, yet is quiet at night. The private roof terrace is lovely. Natalia was a great host, very quick responses and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Apartment is in perfect location near to Calle Carabeo and town center. Was spotlessly clean, comfy bed, all the kitchen and bathroom facilities you could need. Some nice extra touches such as milk, orange juice and washing pods left by host Natalia.

This apartment has AMAZING views and is an EXCELLENT location!! It truly is charming also-it has good light and your very own rooftop terrace-the wifi even works from the roof! You have a very good view of the water and are within a couple minutes walk to one beach and only a few minutes to Balcon de Europa. The only problem right now is that there is construction going on in the lot next door. Once that is done though, I would HIGHLY recommend! They also do nice touches like some toiletries, OJ, tea etc. Genuinely a great location.

Lovely apartment, great host, very quick to respond. Location was great, very close to everything. Internet was very good, apartment had everything you could need to cook etc roof balcony was lovely. Organised airport transports for us. Would recommend.

Well equipped apartment in a great location in the old town and close to the beach. The apartment was well maintained, very clean and airy. The upstairs terrance had sun-beds, a small settee and a table making it a useful space for reading, having lunch or a pre dinner drink. Straightforward check in using the key safe was much appreciated after a long journey.

We stayed in Nerja for a wedding so didn’t spend much time in the town itself but the location was very central and check in was easy! Would recommend!
