The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms, one equipped with a double bed, spacious and bright, as well as a built-in wardrobe. In the other bedroom there are two single beds with access to a small balcony, where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the area. On this floor there is another bathroom with shower where you can relax.
The house has extra amenities such as TV, WIFI, air conditioning and communal pool, as well as supermarkets, restaurants, just 2 minutes walk.
This typical house is located in a very quiet area of Nerja, just 2 minutes walk from Burriana beach, and 7 minutes walk from the town centre, where you can stroll, enjoy the gastronomy, shops, and beaches such as Calahonda and Playa del Salón. You can see monuments such as the Church of El Salvador, an important baroque work built in 1697, the Hermitage of Nerja, declared of cultural interest and other emblems of Nerja as the cannons located in the centre of the Balcony of Europe next to the bronze figure of King Alfonso X.
