NERJA
Nice 3 bedroom villa located in Capistrano Village. The house is very big, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them upstairs with balconies, one of them with bathroom ensuite. A second bathroom is also upstairs. Downstairs we find the living room, the kitchen with access to the terrace and garden, a third room and a toilet.
It is a two storey On the ground floor with find the living room, one bedroom, a toilet and the kitchen that allow you to leave to the terrace and garden. The terrace has sunbeds, dining area and relax area with sofas. There is a small garden with a lemon tree, ideally to prepare gin tonics!!
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with small balconies. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom ensuite with shower. And you find in this floor also the main bathroom with bath. The house is located just 200m from the communal swimming pools.
There is Wifi pay as you go and some English channels.
Nerja is a town belonging to the Costa del Sol. The main tourist attractions of Nerja are: The Caves of Nerja, one of the most important in Europe, The Balcón de Europa and the famous cliffs of Maro. The beaches and coves of Nerja are famous because of its natural beauty and because of the range of water activities, such as kayaking or stand up paddleboarding. Burriana beach, Calahonda, Carabeo or Torrecilla, among others, enjoy a kind atmosphere during the whole year.
Nerja can be considered one of the perfect location to live thanks to the climate, nice temperature every day, the large number of sunny days that Nerja enjoys, the peaceful streets, the wide range of restaurants and tapas bars and because of it proximity to the Malaga Airport.

The house was great for what we needed (6 friends on holiday). The outdoor space was great with a good bbq for cooking. The bedrooms were spacious and kitchen well equipped. Natalia was a great host and always on hand for questions and booking taxis etc.

The villa was very spacious and clean. A short walk from the beach downhill but honestly not a bad walk back up, even with a baby in the pushchair! The kitchen was so well equipped with everything we needed. I found Natalia and her colleagues very helpful and would definitely recommend staying here.

A lovely house with good access to the centre of Nerja and its beaches. All of the rooms were very comfortable with air conditioning throughout. The terrace was a great place to sit out and relax and only marred at certain times by the noise from the main road the garden overlooks.

Alojamiento en perfectas condiciones de limpieza, con todo lo necesario en la cocina: sal, azúcar, café, condimentos, lavavajillas, detergentes,... Disponía de artículos para la playa: sombrillas, esterillas, palas, cubos, colchonetas,... La urbanización muy tranquila y con una zona recreativa y de piscina muy completa. La casa está en una ubicación ideal para descansar en vacaciones. La comunicación con la propiedad ha sido sencilla y fluida. MUY RECOMENDABLE!
