The living room is a really cozy place. It is spacious and bright. Equipped with an interior fireplace and its own access to the terrace.
Among the outdoor areas, the private pool that the villa has stands out without a doubt. It should be noted that the villa also has private parking.
This property is ideal to enjoy the beach in any season of the year. Just 1km away from the famous Burriana beach and 1.5km from the heart of Nerja.
